The track, titled 'All Fired Up', is the second to be taken from their upcoming third studio album, which will be released later this year.
The girl group debuted the song on Scott Mills's Radio 1 show on Friday, ahead of its official release on September 4.
'All Fired Up' was produced by Xenomania, who are widely known as the songwriting team behind Girls Aloud.
The single title also serves as the name of The Saturdays' upcoming first UK arena tour, which will kick off on December 2 in Bournemouth.
The Saturdays have revealed that their new album will include a lot of "man-bashing", as well as a varied selection of musical genres.
