The rapper - real name Richard Rawson - is reportedly lining up big-name stars to feature on his debut record, which is being touted as the British version of Timbaland's Shock Value.
Speaking to the Daily Star, he said: "My album is going to do what Timbaland did. I'm in the studio this week with Katy Perry and there's a couple of mega-stars coming up, too."
Fazer went on to say that he will meet up with Brown and Rihanna after their appearances at next month's V Festival, as they "have business to discuss".
The 'We Dance On' star added: "Everything that leaves my studio I am confident is good enough to hit radio."
However, Fazer insisted that N-Dubz are not splitting, despite Dappy launching his solo career with new single 'No Regrets' in September and Tulisa's new role as a judge on The X Factor.
"We have a new single coming out in November and are thinking about repacking the Love.Live.Life album or doing a Best Of."
He added: "We'll be performing on The X Factor and joining Tulisa at Judges' Houses."
