The 'Radioactive' band were forced to cut short a show in Dallas on Friday after Caleb stormed offfstage to "vomit" and "drink a beer".
His brother Jared later admitted to an "internal sickness" within the band, prompting the cancellation of a planned show in Houston last night.
However, Kings of Leon have now confirmed to TMZ that they will return to Dallas on September 21 and play in Houston the following day. Tickets for both of this week's cancelled gigs will be honoured and concert-goers unable to attend the new dates will be offered refunds.
Caleb alluded to a return to Texas on Twitter yesterday, where he also blamed the heat for his premature exit.
"So sorry Dallas, your heat got the best of a few of us," he wrote. "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience of all this bulls**t. We'll be back soon."
He later added: "Not so good morning 4 me today. Ashamed & embarrassed by last nights fiasco. Can't apologise enough, utterly gutted. A million I'm sorry's."
Caleb revealed last month that Kings of Leon are considering a hiatus.
