The London rapper is currently working on material for his second studio album, which will be released later this year.
However, the 27-year-old has admitted that a track on the album makes light of a Twitter clash he had with Nash's boyfriend and Cribs rocker Ryan Jarman.
Jarman had accused Green of hitting on Nash at a gig and confronted the MC over the micro-blogging site.
"There's a track called 'Into The Ground' which goes into the whole thing," Green told the Daily Star.
"I have a beautiful girlfriend. Kate Nash is definitely different-looking to the girls I've been out with so I ask Ryan Jarman how you can accuse me of clucking over Krusty the Clown; that's an insult in itself."
Green has also been shooting a video for his upcoming free download track 'At Your Inconvenience', which serves as the title for his new album.
Speaking about the promo, he explained: "This video is going to weird people out – in a good way. Money can make a lot of things possible and one of those things is having an ostrich in my video. But no animals will be harmed."
He added: "It definitely feels like there's been progression since the first record. We're not taking any prisoners this time."
Green's first single proper has been confirmed as 'Read All About It' and will be released on October 24.
