Red Hot Chili Peppers surprise fans with LA rooftop show

The band played their new track 'The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie' for fans from a rooftop in Venice Beach while filming the music video for the song.
Onlookers were treated to a lively performance, which included the group's new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer.
Bassist Flea urged fans to come down to the beach, posting on Twitter: "We r (are) filming a raindance Maggie film at 1901 ocean front walk in Venice at 630! Come on by! Yeeeeeeeahhh rooftop rock.(sic)"
'The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie' will serve as the lead single for the band's upcoming tenth studio album I'm With You, which will be released on August 29 in the UK and August 30 in the US.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers will embark on a world tour later this year, which will include a 10-date UK stint throughout November.
'The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie' is available to download now.
