The singer will release Welcome 2 My Nightmare on September 16 in the US and October 17 in the UK, following the release of his upcoming single 'I'll Bite Your Face Off' on August 22.
However, the rocker will release a limited edition Fan Pack version of the album in the UK on September 16.
The LP will serve as the sequel to Cooper's 1975 record Welcome To My Nightmare and sees the 63-year-old reunited with original Alice Cooper members Denis Dunaway, Michael Bruce and Neal Smith.
Cooper has also collaborated with Ke$ha on an album track titled 'What Baby Wants'.
He said of the partnership: "I think a lot of my audience is going to go 'KE$HA!?', but she probably wrote the most disgusting lyrics in the song - we had to rein her in.
"I like people to know that just because artists are put in a pigeon hole, that doesn't mean that's what they are. Give people a little room."
Cooper will promote Welcome 2 My Nightmare with a number of concerts, including his recently announced 'Halloween' tour which will start in the UK on October 23.
