The girl group will join N-Dubz, Tinie Tempah and Scouting For Girls for the two-day music event in Tamworth on September 3 and 4.
Madness, Example, Chipmunk and Alex Jordan are also among the bill, which will be held at the Tamworth Castle Pleasure Grounds.
"Already a number of acts are releasing new singles on and around the dates of the Festival which makes it even more exciting," explained the festival's director Adam Bridge.
"Added to the fact that many artists are doing a full-on stage set, not just a couple of numbers - Madness will perform a full 90-minutes set on Sunday. This is an absolutely unmissable pop event at an unbeatable value."
Pop newcomers Six D, Starboy Nathan, The Kixx, Loick Essien, Parade and Lawson will also make appearances and preview some of their new material.
Tickets for the event are on sale now.
Meanwhile, The Saturdays recently premiered their new single 'All Fired Up', which will be released following their appearance at Ultrasound on September 5.
