The 'Outside' band play the dates in support of their Johnny K-produced self-titled seventh album, which will be released on September 12.
Discussing lead single 'Not Again', frontman Aaron Lewis said: "It came out of being really f**king p*ssed off, and you can hear that in my voice."
Guitarist Mike Mushok added of the album: "It's like [1999's] Dysfunction. The music goes back to where we started, but there's still melody. We were ready to make an album that was heavy from beginning to end. It was time."
Other tracks on the album include 'Something To Remind You', 'Paper Wings', 'The Bottom' - which featured on the Transformers: Dark of the Moon soundtrack - and the Snoop Dogg-featuring 'Wannabe'. Another track, 'Eyes Wide Open', is available as a free download now.
Tickets for the live shows go on sale this Friday, August 5 and are priced at £18.50 and £23.50 for London.
The full UK tour dates are as follows:
- October 6 - Glasgow, Garage
- October 8 - Manchester, Academy
- October 9 - Birmingham, HMV Institute
- October 10 - London, Forum
