The whiskey producer will have special areas set up at this year's music event, which will be headlined by Muse, Pulp, The Strokes and My Chemical Romance.
At Leeds Festival, Jack Daniels will set up one of Europe's largest mobile bars where punters will be able to experience Tennessee-style cooking, foosball tables and a few surprises on their dedicated acoustic stage.
Over at Reading, Jack Daniels will construct a mini town square inspired by the distillery's hometown of Lynchburg, which will also offer a range of cocktails, food and games.
However, the alcoholic beverage giant will also be offering a free Facebook app for festival-goers to become JD Music Reporters, allowing users to update reviews of the music event's gigs as they happen.
Passes for Reading and Leeds Festivals are on sale now and can be purchased via Digital Spy's online ticket store.
The three-day music event will run from August 26 to August 28.
