It was reported that the rocker collapsed during a gig at Balloon Festival and was revived after being fed oxygen.
He later returned to the stage to finish the show, telling the audience that he sometimes has trouble breathing because he suffers from asthma.
Meat Loaf has now released a video statement to TMZ, in which he insisted that he "did not pass out on Sunday in New Jersey".
The musician also assured fans that he's in good health, saying: "My asthma is fine. I did not pass out… There seems to be a lot of hot air [about] the hot air balloon festival [concert]."
Meat Loaf's latest medical episode came just days after he fainted during a concert in Pittsburgh last Thursday.
The 'Bat Out of Hell' singer's 'Guilty Pleasure' tour continues on Friday in Clarkston, MI and on Saturday in Mears, MI.
