Pretty Green, which is located on King Street, had its windows smashed, leading to the shop being ransacked and stock stolen.
The incident occurred during a night of violence in Manchester after around 100 youths broke into the Arndale Shopping Centre and stole goods from various outlets.
Former Oasis star Gallagher, who now fronts Beady Eye, set up the men's fashion boutique in December last year.
The riots previously led to a fire at a Sony warehouse in Enfield, London, destroying the stock of over 150 record labels, including XL Recordings, Beggars, Domino and Wall Of Sound.
Gallagher recently accused older brother Noel of lying about the reasons Oasis split in 2009.
