The production duo, who were signed by dubstep veterans Chase & Status last year, lead the official midweek charts with 'Promises', while JLS's 'She Makes Me Wanna' remains at number two.
Meanwhile, last week's chart-topper Cher Lloyd slips to three with 'Swagger Jagger', and David Guetta, Taio Cruz and Ludacris's 'Little Bad Girl' advances from six to four.
Christina Perri vaults from last week's 17 to seven with 'Jar of Hearts', and Nicki Minaj's 'Super Bass' slides from eight to 11.
Further down the chart, Chris Brown and Justin Bieber remain at 15 with 'Next To You', David Guetta and Sia's 'Titanium' lands at 30 and Charlie Simpson's 'Parachutes' enters at 37.
On the albums chart, Winehouse continues to lead with Back To Black, fending off competition from Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch The Throne at two.
Trivium's In Waves debuts at seven, Randy Crawford's Best of... starts at eight, and Glee's 3D movie soundtrack is at 31.
