The 20,000-square-metre warehouse, which is also home to music distributor PIAS, burned down during a night of riots in Greater London. PIAS handles releases from record labels including XL Recordings, Domino Records, Beggars Group, Wall of Sound, Sunday Best and Memphis Industries.
The band were due to release 'The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala' on Monday, but the CD stock was destroyed in the fire.
Only a limited amount of vinyl copies of the single can now be purchased from the band's official website, along with a digital version online.
A spokesperson from Domino Records said: "While relieved that no-one was injured in the incident, we're upset about the loss and destruction of our stock, and thinking of our friends at other independent labels who were also affected by the fire."
Arctic Monkeys will reportedly start a record label bidding war when their current contract with Domino Records expires soon.
