The 'Michael Forever Tribute Concert' was announced last month by members of the Jackson family, and will take place on October 8 at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
JLS, Craig David and Cee Lo Green will also perform at the show, according to a list of artists on the official website for Global Live Events, who are organising the concert.
They will be joined by Alien Ant Farm, who famously released a cover of Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal', as well as the surviving members of The Jacksons and the late singer's nephews' group 3T. The website also reads: "More acts to follow."
Global Live Events have reportedly sent invitations for the concert out to other artists including Jay-Z, Kanye West, Usher and Justin Bieber.
A statement on their website said: "The organisers of the 'Michael Forever Tribute Concert' are very mindful of the expectations of the fans, who have waited over two years for an event that will do justice to Michael's musical legacy. Some of the greatest names in music are already signed, and more are trying to shuffle other commitments to come on board."
The concert has been branded as "inappropriate" by Randy and Jermaine Jackson as it clashes with criminal proceedings against the late star's doctor Conrad Murray.
