The Spike Jonze-directed promo shows the rapping duo make a number of modifications to a black Maybach before taking it on a joyride in front of the American flag.
'Otis' - featuring a sample from soul singer Otis Redding - is lifted from the pair's collaborative album Watch the Throne, which was released earlier this week.

Watch the Throne went straight to number one on iTunes in 23 different countries when it came out digitally on Monday.
Jay-Z and West - known jointly as The Throne - had announced plans to tour the album in North America later this year, but postponed a number of the concert dates last week.
Jay-Z finished ahead of West in the latest Forbes list of hip-hop's richest artists. The '99 Problems' rapper topped the pile with earnings of $35m (£21.6m) in the past year, while P Diddy and West took second and third place respectively.
