Dizzee Rascal has said that he would like to work with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl.

The rapper, who is said to be planning an autobiography, revealed that he has long been a fan of the former Nirvana drummer.

"I'd like to work with Kanye West and Andre 3000. But Dave Grohl is the one - I met him last year and he was really cool," he told The Sun.

"I've loved him since his Nirvana days. I love the way he carries himself. He refused to live in the shadow of Nirvana. He's carved his own thing. I'd love to have him in the studio just to see how he views things.

"I've done rock with the Arctic Monkeys and it was just second nature. I'd love for Dave to produce a track, or just get his perspective and get some of the s**t he knows. Next album, I'd love to."

Dizzee recently confirmed that he is taking a break from music and won't release a new album until "at least next year".
