The singer came third in the 2009 series of The X Factor and went on to be crowned Queen Of The Jungle on last year's series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
Warner Records is now desperate to sign the 21-year-old, but the firm faces competition from rival Conehead, The People reports.
"Stacey has been inundated with offers but she and her management are currently choosing the best deal," a source told the newspaper. "Both keep upping their offers."
Since her jungle win, Solomon has been named the new face of Iceland and more recently hosted Sing If You Can on ITV1 with Keith Lemon.
Her musical endeavours have included releasing a version of 'At Last' with the Royal Air Force Squadronaires and performing a duet with Shaun Ryder at the National Television Awards.
Solomon has always insisted that singing is what she wants to do full-time.
