The track, which was not included on her debut LP Who You Are, was produced by Dr. Luke and premiered via the singer's official YouTube channel on Tuesday.
Jessie J also launched a competition to accompany the track's debut, inviting fans to post their own covers of 'Domino' for a chance to win tickets to a concert in either New York or London as well as a private meet and greet session.
Lyrics to the song include: "I'm feeling sexy and free / Like glitter's raining on me / You're like a shot of pure gold / I think I'm about to explode / I can taste the tension like a cloud of smoke in the air / Now I'm breathing like I'm running 'cos you're taking me there / Don't you know, you spin me out of control".
'Domino' serves as Jessie J's second US single, following 'Price Tag' featuring B.o.B.
Jessie J originally teased 'Domino's release last month, posting a 21-second clip of the song via her Twitter page.
'Who's Laughing Now' is currently serving as the 23-year-old's fourth single in the UK.
