The 17-minute-long film was made in 1992 and was intended to be included as part of the band's Best Of release in the early '90s.
However, it has now been posted online for fans to stream ahead of the upcoming release of the Manchester act's remastered back catalogue on September 26.
The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr has supervised the project, which will see eight of their albums re-released.
There will also be a limited edition boxset of the whole back catalogue along with rare artwork, a DVD of videos and high-quality prints of the disc's sleeves available to buy.
A limited run of 3,000 copies of the boxset will be available to buy.
