Joe Jonas: 'Jay Sean tour will be awesome'

Joe Jonas has promised that his upcoming tour with R&B singer Jay Sean will be "so awesome".

The 'See No More' singer will hit the road with Sean for several US concerts in September, prior to joining Britney Spears on her European tour in October.

Jonas told Extra that he is looking forward to sharing a bill with Sean, particularly because the fan reaction has been so positive.

"It's going to be awesome! Jay Sean and I met a few times, so we thought, 'Why not get together and rock a tour?' Fans have been reacting so well, [they're] so excited about the project," he explained.

Jonas also expressed his excitement over his European dates with Spears, adding: "I met Britney at the MTV VMAs. She's such a sweet lady. It's a big compliment."

The 22-year-old has delayed the release of his debut solo album Fast Life until October.

He recently celebrated his birthday with an all-day lavish party in Las Vegas.
