The 'Two Out of Three Ain't Bad' singer fainted during a concert in Pittsburgh in late July, but was able to continue the show after several minutes.
Less than a week later, Meat Loaf collapsed during a gig at New Jersey's Balloon Festival and was revived only after being fed oxygen.
The rocker later denied that he had fainted at Balloon Festival, insisting that he had merely become overheated.
Meat Loaf spoke with CNN's Piers Morgan on Thursday and claimed that he channels all of his energy into each and every stage performance.
"You know, I take the stage as if it's the last thing I'm ever going to do and that's how I perform every night… It's probably [taught me] to slow down a little bit," the musician explained.
He added: "I go out on the stage as if it's the last thing I'll ever do. And that's what I've always said - If I'm going out, I'm going out on stage."
Meat Loaf's current tour stops in Grand Junction, Colorado on August 26 and in Council Bluffs, Iowa on August 28.
Piers Morgan Tonight airs weeknights at 9pm ET on CNN and at 8pm UK time on CNN.
