The singer performed a rendition of Marley's 1980 hit 'Redemption Song' during her slot on the headline stage.
The star appeared from behind a silver flag in leather hot pants and opened with her chart-topping hit 'Only Girl (in the World)', before telling the crowd, "Put your f**king hands up!", for 'Shut Up and Drive' and 'Man Down'.
Her 70-minute set also included 'S&M', her Nicki Minaj collaboration 'Raining Men' performed on a pink tank, and a mash-up of her guest features on Jay-Z's 'Run This Town' and Kanye West's 'All of the Lights'.
After singing an extended version of 'Unfaithful', her debut hit 'Pon De Reply' was played during a brief interlude.
