The Libertines
The Libertines are planning to reform in 2012, reports have suggested.

The band - which consists of Carl Barat, Pete Doherty, Gary Powell and John Hassall - are said to be looking to plan a tour for next year following their reunion at last year's Reading and Leeds festivals.

"Pete and Carl really enjoyed reforming the band last year for the Reading and Leeds festivals. Now Pete's out of prison and trying to stay clean, getting the band back together is his main priority," a source told The Mirror.

"Fortunately Carl is open to the idea of touring and getting back to what they were famous for. So as long as Pete is relatively on the straight and narrow, the world is their oyster."

Barat fuelled rumours of a reunion earlier this year when he confessed that he hopes a third Libertines album will be made.

Powell has also suggested that the band will work together in the future, saying that he hopes they will record new material soon.
