The 'Sweet Dreams' singer has been confirmed to be taking part in the 'Michael Forever Tribute' event, which will take place on October 8 at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
She will perform a cover of a Jackson 5 track during the gig, though it has yet to be revealed whether the performance will be live or pre-recorded.
"A unique, never-before-seen performance by Beyoncé of one of her favourite Jackson 5 songs will be shown at the concert," the event's Facebook page revealed.
"A lifelong Michael fan, Beyoncé really wanted to be involved in this tribute concert. Due to scheduling issues she can't be there in person, but this performance is not to be missed."
Leona Lewis, Christina Aguilera, JLS and Cee Lo Green are among the previously mentioned artists that will appear at the concert. Alexandra Burke, Pixie Lott, Craig David and Smokey Robinson will also perform.
Beyoncé had previously described Michael Jackson as "incomparable" and "magic" shortly after the legendary singer died in 2009.
