The dance duo will play four concerts across the country, showcasing hits from their recently-released album Sorry For Party Rocking.
The 'Party Rock Anthem' singers will start their tour at Birmingham's O2 Academy on November 2 and move on to Manchester's Academy 3 on November 3.
They will then hit Glasgow's O2 ABC2 on November 4 and conclude the tour at London's O2 Academy in Islington on November 9.
Tickets will go on sale on August 26 and will be £12 for the London show and £10 for the regional concerts.
The uncle / nephew act recently told Digital Spy that they would love to work with Adele on a record in the future.
