Noel Gallagher sold-out tour support acts confirmed

The support acts for Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' debut tour have been confirmed.

Three new dates on the jaunt sold out in minutes this morning and the ex-Oasis songwriter has now confirmed the other bands on the bill.

The previous three shows announced had already sold out almost instantly earlier this month..

Gallagher's sold-out UK tour details are as follows:

• October 23 - Dublin, Olympia Theatre - support TBC
• October 26 - Manchester, O2 Apollo w/Electric Soft Parade
• October 27 - Edinburgh, Usher Hall w/Electric Soft Parade
• October 29 - London, HMV Hammersmith Apollo w/Electric Soft Parade
• October 30 - London, HMV Forum w/Murray James
• October 31 - London, Roundhouse w/Folks

Gallagher has admitted that he prefers to play larger venues because club shows make him more nervous and also warned fans not to expect any visual entertainment during the upcoming gigs.

He quipped: "There's nothing to see. There's no show. Hopefully we'll be putting up lottery numbers and s**t like that to keep people interested - and some home videos."
