The classical singer criticised the upcoming disc, which is being released by her former label Universal.
The star wrote on Twitter: "Don't want you to feel conned. Universal Records are putting out YET ANOTHER compilation album of my music.
"Considering I haven't recorded for them since 2008 it's stuff you already have."
Jenkins left the Universal Music Group three years ago and signed a £5.8 million record deal with rival Warner Bros.
The 31-year-old's new studio album Daydream is to release on October 10 - the same day as Universal's compilation.
She explained to her followers that Daydream will feature "newly-recorded tracks", adding: "Make sure you get the right one!"
Jenkins topped The Sunday Times' rich list of young musicians in the UK earlier this year, beating Cheryl Cole and Leona Lewis to the summit.
