The former Black Box Recorder singer will play The Paradise in Kensal Green on October 2 with support from Half Cousin's Kevin Cormack as Harry Deerness.
She follows the show with a second performance at The Lexington in Islington on November 1.
Nixey released her second solo album Brave Tin Soldiers in May 2011.
She had previously released Sing, Memory in 2007 and three studio albums with Luke Haines and John Moore as Black Box Recorder.
After parting ways after 2003's Passionoia, Black Box Recorder briefly reunited in 2008 for a series of live shows.
The band released farewell single 'Keep It In The Family'/'Do You Believe In God' in May 2010 and Haines later confirmed that the group would never reform again.
