The singer will perform her forthcoming track 'Collide' during the launch of Simon Cowell's new multi-million pound gameshow Red or Black? on Saturday evening.
The music mogul and reality TV judge has handed the X Factor champion a £100,000 budget for the performance to guarantee an impressive showcase of the new single, reports The Sun.
Lewis has hired Kylie Minogue's creative director William Baker to mastermind the stage show, which will take place a day ahead of the single's release on September 4.
'Collide' is the first song to be lifted from Lewis's forthcoming third studio album GlassHeart, which is expected to be released in November.
The star recently revealed that her new record is named after a track on the album that she co-wrote with Ryan Tedder.
Red or Black? is hosted by Ant and Dec and will air on ITV1 at 7pm on Saturday.
