The singer and producer is currently preparing to unveil his new single 'Earthquake', which will feature Tinie Tempah.
However, although the musician has seen the positive effects that cracking the US market has had on Tinie Tempah's career, he is adamant that he wants to focus his energy on working in the UK for the time being.
Speaking to The Sun, Labrinth explained: "America is a big part of this industry but the UK is where it's at.
"I've had millions of offers [from the States] but I've been busy working on my own album."
He continued: "It's amazing to see what the urban scene is doing over here. It's very cool and in at the moment. Tinie and Ed Sheeran are doing their thing. They are both great."
The star did concede that working in the US could be daunting, adding: "You don't want to be a small fish in a big pond but the rewards are huge.
"I've seen Tinie go from UK to America and the numbers [on YouTube and sales] change instantly."
He concluded: "I do want to go to America but it's very important people know where we are from. A lot of artists have gone to America and been slated."
Earlier this year, Labrinth revealed that he turned down opportunities to work with Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj.
The producer recently worked on the new Children In Need charity single 'Teardrop', which will feature Tulisa Contostavlos, Ed Sheeran and Wretch 32 among others.
