The track is the second to be lifted from the band's forthcoming album Neighbourhoods.
'After Midnight' received its first official play on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show last night and will serve as the follow-up to 'Up All Night', which was debuted in July.
Neighbourhoods will be released in the UK on September 26 and in the US on September 27 and will be the band's first studio effort since their 2003 self-titled LP.
Blink-182 have previously revealed that their new material will feature some progressive rock elements.
