The Canadian group will release the follow-up to 2008's Dark Horse on November 21, which they have dubbed 'Nickelback Monday' on their official website.
Chad Kroeger said: "We're four people who love making music, the way we like to make it.
"We entered the studio this year with a vision, and it all came together. We're extremely happy with the results, and can't wait to share them with our fans."
The band will unveil two new singles - 'When We Stand Together' and 'Bottom's Up' - simultaneously to radio stations on September 26, with them being released as downloads a day later.
Here and Now was recorded at Mountain View Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Nickelback admitted that they "gave up control" on their previous album Dark Horse.
