The series, which will consist of 15-minute live-action episodes, will feature "sketches, man-on-the-street segments, pranks and music from Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All", according to an official release.
Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze's company Dickhouse Entertainment - which is behind such shows as Jackass and Wildboyz - will produce Loiter House.
"The Dickhouse sensibility provides a perfect match for the unique viewpoints, masterful pranking and artistic inclinations of the Odd Future crew," read the statement.
Odd Future inked a distribution deal with Sony RED earlier this year and will launch Odd Future Records as a subsidiary of the company.
The group were recently criticised by producer Steve Albini, who called them "little pr*cks" and "assholes".
