The star sang hits including 'Poison', 'Don't Hold Your Breath' and new single 'Wet' at the £1.4 billion shopping centre in east London.
The new Westfield plays host to over 300 shops and 70 restaurants as well as a 14-screen cinema and three hotels, becoming Europe's largest urban shopping centre.
Scherzinger was introduced on stage by Nick Grimshaw and Pixie Geldof and faced a crowd of shoppers as well as business and political figures including London mayor Boris Johnson.
The 32-year-old thanked her UK fans for supporting her debut album Killer Love and giving her a warm reception during her guest spot on last year's series of The X Factor.
The former Pussycat Doll has since become a permanent judge on the US counterpart of the singing contest, which starts next week and will be shown in the UK a day later on ITV2.
