The singer-songwriter will debut his second single 'Earthquake' on Mistajam's 1Xtra radio show this evening at 7.30pm.
The song features past collaborator Tinie Tempah and will be released in the UK on October 23.
Labrinth said: "If you think I've gone quiet, well, 'Earthquake' is showing everyone that I can smash it.
"I'm a musical geek. It's like there's this big, wild universe in my head and I love to express it."
'Earthquake' is an electronic club tune and features the lyrics, "Hey Simon, we be f**king them up, turning them Syco", in a nod to his label boss Simon Cowell.
Labrinth has worked with a host of British talent over the past few years including Plan B, Gorillaz, Ms Dynamite and Emeli Sandé.
The 22-year-old recently claimed that he has received numerous offers to work with huge US names but has had to turn down the opportunities as he has been focusing on his debut album.
Labrinth has also produced the new Children In Need single, which is a cover of Massive Attack's 'Teardrop'.
