The N-Dubz star will take to the stage at the awards ceremony in Glasgow to perform his debut solo single 'No Regrets', which is released on September 18.
Speaking to Capital FM about his plans for the show, the rapper explained: "I've got a surprise to tell you - I might be performing 'No Regrets' on strings over the crowd, coming in from the top of the arena."
He added: "I'm not sure if it's going to happen yet, as I'm scared of heights, but I can't wait to try."
The 24-year-old also confessed that he would like to win a MOBO as a solo artist next year.
"Now that N-Dubz have had a break, I'm thinking I've got to get myself a couple of MOBO Awards and maybe a Brit Award and the same for Tulisa and Fazer," he said.
"I'm dying to win a Brit Award to be honest and go home to Mum and say, 'Look Mum I did it, I'm good enough'."
Dappy recently claimed that N-Dubz will split within the next two years after they release a greatest hits collection.
