Christina Milan dropped by record label

R&B artist Christina Milan has been dropped by her record label Island Def Jam, after arguments with boss L.A. Reid.
Apparently the singer angered Reid by refusing to record the track 'S.O.S (Rescue Me)', which was later a huge hit for fellow label-mate Rihanna.
Rihanna's track eventually sold 115,000 copies in its opening week, against only 50,000 copies for the track that Milan picked - 'Say I'.
Milian's representative said of the split: "Christina Milian and Island Def Jam have decided to end their relationship due to creative differences. This was a mutual decision."
Island Def Jam have now signed Keyshia Cole as the 'Whatever U Want' singer's replacement, though they have not yet commented on the release of Milan.
