The 'Beat Again' group will perform at the 'Michael Forever Tribute Concert' on October 8 at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium, along with members of the Jackson Five, Christina Aguilera, Leona Lewis and others.
Jackie Jackson hinted that despite their age difference, the Jackson brothers would like to "kill it" if they joined JLS for a dance collaboration.
"They asked if we were going to be dancing with them," he told The Sun. "I said, 'Man, we can't do that any more'. The Jacksons and JLS on stage. We're going to kill it. And we're going to blame it on the boogie."
Craig David, Cee Lo Green and Ne-Yo will also perform at the event, while Jamie Foxx will be hosting.
JLS recently previewed their latest single 'Take A Chance on Me', to be released on November 6.
