The band will play four songs from their recent The King Of Limbs album on the September 26 edition of the satire show, which airs on Comedy Central.
According to The AP, Thom Yorke and company will also perform their non-album track 'The Daily Mail', which they played as part of their Live From The Basement set earlier this year.
Speaking of the performance, host Stephen Colbert commented: "I look forward to meeting the Radioheads and leveraging their anti-corporate indie cred to raise brand awareness for my sponsors."
The group have refrained from performing too much of their new material in public. The only known full performance of The King Of Limbs was during Radiohead's surprise slot at Glastonbury back in June.
Radiohead will also join Alec Baldwin when he hosts the premiere of the 37th season of Saturday Night Live on September 24.
