The singer revealed that the group plan to tour their recent album The King of Limbs throughout 2012.
Speaking to BBC Radio 1's Gilles Peterson, he explained: "The idea is to go out and play next year on and off during the year."
Yorke added that there are also early plans to invite Portishead's Clive Deamer along for the gigs.
The star further revealed details about his side-project Atoms for Peace's new album, saying that he is "finishing it with [producer] Nigel [Godrich] at the moment".
He said that touring with the band last year "sparked something off, it was really exciting… It had really good energy", but did not know of a potential release date for the record.
Radiohead recently announced plans to play two shows in New York later this month.
The 'Creep' performers will also make appearances on TV shows Saturday Night Live and The Colbert Report.
