The tour will begin in Orlando, Florida, on October 28 and will take in more than 30 cities across the country, including Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Minneapolis and Denver, reports Entertainment Weekly.
The band have not toured in their home country since before the release of 2008's infamously long-awaited Chinese Democracy album.
The band currently features a lineup of founding member Rose, Tommy Stinson (formerly of the Replacements), DJ Ashba, Dizzy Reed (Guns N' Roses members since 1991′s Use Your Illusion I & II), Bumblefoot, Chris Pitman and former Love Spit Love members Richard Fortus and Frank Ferrer.
Guns N' Roses will be headlining the Rock in Rio Festival in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, which begins later this week.
Former Guns N' Roses members Slash, Matt Sorum and Duff McKagan recently reunited for a charity gig in New York for the Road Recovery Foundation.
