The singer will release 'What Do You Take Me For' on November 6 as the second cut to be lifted from her new album Young Foolish Happy.
The track was produced by dubstep star Rusko, who has previously remixed tracks by artists including Kelis, Lady GaGa and Basement Jaxx.
New York City rapper Pusha T features on a guest rap and is one of a number of collaborations expected to appear on Lott's second album.
Lott, 20, has previously revealed that she has hooked up with soul legend Stevie Wonder for the record, as well as recording tracks with Tinchy Stryder and Wretch 32.
'What Do You Take Me For' follows Lott's recent chart-topping single 'All About Tonight'.
Both singles will feature on Young Foolish Happy, which is currently slated for a November 7 release.
