The Britpop band end their career with a final show at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire tomorrow, September 27, with support from Married To The Sea.
"It's the last UK gig tomorrow so let's make it a night to remember," the band said on Twitter. "There may be teardrops to shed, but let's face the music and dance!"
They added on Facebook: "It's getting to that time, the tour is nearly over... the Bluetones are nearly over!
"Thank you to all the lovely people who have already made it down to one (or many) of the gigs so far. Let's make this last gig in London tomorrow a night to remember!"
Tickets for the farewell show are still available and are priced at £18 plus fees.
The band released six studio albums in their career and have been touring for 17 years.
