The singer will perform in London on November 1, where he will headline a gig at Cadogan Hall.
Adams will also play two previously confirmed dates at London's Union Chapel on October 27 and York's Grand Opera House on October 28.
The handful of shows will be used to promote his forthcoming album Ashes & Fire, which is released in the UK on October 10.
The new LP is the first to be released on the performer's independent record label PAX-AM and was recorded at Sunset Sound in Hollywood.
Ashes & Fire was produced by Glyn Johns, who has previously worked with The Beatles and The Clash.
Tickets for the extra London date will go on sale on September 30 at 9am.
