Björk: 'I didn't know if I would sing again'

The singer was told in 2008 by her doctors that she had growths on her vocal chords while on tour, but she refused to have an operation to remove them.
However, Björk was able to avoid losing her singing voice by performing small stretching exercises over the past three years.
"When I discovered I had nodules on my voice, I didn't know if I would sing again, at least, not as I used to," she told Mojo.
"I didn't wanna have an operation, so I saw all these experts and started this process, exercises that slowly stretch out the vocal cords."
Björk premiered the video for her latest single 'Moon' earlier this week.
