Justin Hawkins, Dan Hawkins, Frankie Poullain and Ed Graham play the 100 Club in London on October 10.
"This will be an amazing night for the band and fans alike to take part in the beginning of The Darkness's much-needed return to the UK and bring glamour, excitement and proper rawk to Oxford Street," the promoters said.
Tickets for the show are on sale now and are priced at £31.50.
The Darkness reformed earlier this year and said last month that their comeback album is almost complete.
The band play a full tour of the UK and Ireland in November and December.
