The clip sees the Mercury Prize nominated band walking through London's Richmond Park surrounded by deer.
Director Alexander Orlando Smith said: "The song is very pretty, and the band wanted something simple, beautiful and dreamlike for a video. The idea of getting close to deer was something I felt quite magical, because they are so elusive.
"I quickly found out [the deer were] not that friendly, and we became zen-masters of patience."
He added: "We got bitten a lot by insects, so far I'm pretty sure they weren't ticks, but we're still itchy."
'Everything Goes My Way' is the fourth cut from the group's breakthrough LP The English Riviera, which was released in April this year.
Band member Gbenga Adelekan recently said that the record's Mercury Prize nomination gave them 'global interest', adding: "Other countries are interested in it, like in the States, South America and in European countries."
