'Ouch' will serve as the singer's latest cut and lead track from the forthcoming teen slasher Demons Never Die, and is released on October 17.
The song's radio edit features rapper Mz Bratt, who has previously worked with Wiley, Taio Cruz and Tinchy Stryder.
The accompanying music video includes a cameo appearance from Kick-Ass star Chloe Moretz, who asked to appear in the video after professing to be a fan of the singer.
Demons Never Die, which features the likes of Tulisa Contostavlos and Robert Sheehan, opens in cinemas on October 28. The official soundtrack features tracks from Jessie J, Devil, Rizzle Kicks and Ellie Goulding.
It was recently reported that Bromfield, who is Amy Winehouse's goddaughter, is keen to record a tribute album in memory of the late star.
