Rumours on Twitter, which were initially sparked by Gary Barlow's interview with the Radio Times, alleged that the 'Angels' singer will leave the boyband after their upcoming tour.
However, a spokesperson declared: "Rumours about Take That splitting today - completely untrue.
"They are on a break - Gary is on X Factor and Robbie is working on his new album."
Recent reports suggested that Take That have earned almost £8m since Williams's return.
