The record - out November 21 - also features Andy Fairweather Low and 19-year-old chorister Stefan Roberts, her official website says.
Fry tweeted last month: "Just done a lovely amazing recording thing with a lively amazing musician." He later added: "Can now reveal it was this with the divine Kate Bush."
The LP is Bush's second in 12 months after Director's Cut, a collection of reworked songs from her previous albums The Sensual World and The Red Shoes, was released earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Bush has announced that 'Wild Man' - for which the artwork appears top right - will be the LP's first single. It is released worldwide on October 11.
The singer's last completely new studio album was 2005's Ariel.
